Making an entry into movies with Anjali, Tarun returned to movies with Nuvvekavalli.

Basics in Tarun

Tarun was born on 8th January 1983 in Andhra Pradesh, India to the Telugu actress Roja Ramani. He has a degree in BBM from Bangalore University.

He became famous overnight with the success of Mani Rathnam's Anjali (1990) as Anjali's older brother. He received the National Film Award for Best Chaild Artist along with Shyamili and Shruthi.

Tarun's Movies

2000 to 2002 Tarun made his debut in a lead role with the love story Nuvve Kavali (2000). His other releases in 2000 were Uncle and Priyamaina Neeku. In 2001, he was cast in Nuvvu Leka Nenu Lenu and Chirujalla.

Senthil's Punnagai Desam (2002) did moderate business. This was followed by Nuvve Nuvve ( 2002) with Shriya Saran.

2003 to 2005 Tarun and Shirya Saran were paired together again in Ela Cheppanu (2003). In the movie Enakku 20 Unakku 18, he worked with Trisha and Shriya. The soundtrack of the movie was quite popular. Sakhiya (2004) and Soggadu (2005) were his other releases.

2007 to 2009 Nava Vasantham (2007) was reworked version of the Tamil hit Punnagi Desam (2002) which also starred Tarun. Bhale Dhongalu (2008) was the remake of the Hindi hit Bunty Aur Babli and didn't enjoy the same success.

Tarun's next movie is Krishna Vamsi's Sasirekha Parinayam with Genelia D'Souza.

NITIN KUMAR REDDY

Nitin Reddy (Born March 30 in Hyderabad), more popularly known as Nitin, is a Tollywood fild actor. His father N. Sudhakar Reddy is a popular film distributor and a producer in Nizam area. He acted in hit films like Jayam, Dil, and Sye. Nitin started his career with the senational hit Jayam in 2002. In 2003, his career got a bigger boost with hit film Dil directed by V.V.Vinayak. Later in 2003, Nitin delivered his first flop, Sambaram.

In 2004, Nitin starred in Sri Anjaneyam, which was another disaster for Nitin and director Krishna Vamsi. He got on track with S.S.Rajamouli's Sye. From 2005 to 2006, all his films (Dhairyam, Allari Bullodu, and Raam) did not stand up to expectations even though they were directed by experienced film makers. His next upcoming film will be Sathyam Shivam Sundaram with Meera Chopra.

" SWAGATHAM"
The 75th movie of Telugu here Jagapathi Babu titled " Swagatham" is launched on July 1st morning at Annapoorna Studios, Hyderabad. Made on Aditya Ram Movies banner (with Aditya Ram as producer), it has story, dialogues and direction by Dasarath. Music is by RP Patnaik. Anushka and Bhumika are the heroines.

Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao clapped the muhurat shot on the lead characters (Jagapathi Babu, Anushka and Bhumika), While camera was switched on by movie mughal Dr. D. Rama Naidu, with first shot direction by

K. Raghavendra Rao.

Addressing a press meet, hero Jagapathi Babu said that it was his long-pending desire to act with Bhumika and it became a reality with this film. Saying that it was his 75th film, he thanked his parents, fans producers and directors for all his success in his career. He said he is confident of the movie's success. Thanks to Dasarath's skillful project.

RP Patnaik said there is going to be six songs with a couple of bits. " All the songs are situational. The audio and the movie would sure become hilts".

Anushka said she liked the way how Dasarath explained the story to her. " I really enjoy working with good artiste like Jagapathi Babu and my co-star Bhumika". Bhumika said that she felt thrulled to know that it was Jagapathi Babu's dream to work with her. She expressed hope that the film would entertain all in a good manner.

Dasarath said the story is a perfect fit for Jagapathi Babu. Glamour and romance are going to be the highlights of the film without any scope for vulgarity. At the same time, sentiment is given superb footage in the script, he added.

The cast of the film includes Sarath Babu, Brahmanandam, Sunil, MS Narayana, Dharamvarapu, Mallikarjuna Rao, Benarjee, Raghu babu and others. Screenply is by Gopi Mohan, cinematography by Ramesh babu. Project coordination is by Bhageeratha.

Anushka Shetty is a rising south Indian actress who has already made a mark of her own in both Tamil and Kannada movies. She was born in Mumbai and she is a member of the famous bellipady family in Mangalore. She has got two brothers, Dr. Sai Ramesh, a dentist and Gunaranjan a businessman. Although she speaks Tamil, English and Kannada, her mother tongue is Tulu. Though she was born in Mumbai, she found herself shifted to Bangalore before she started schooling and it was in Bangalore she completed her schooling and graduation.

After schooling, she joined BCA (Bachelor of Computer applications) and after graduating from a Bangalore college she spend some time. She made her Tamil and Kannada movie debuts in the same year that is in the year 2005. Her film was 'Super' with Nagarjuna. This film was directed by Puri Jagannadha who was very impressed with her personality and contacted her through another director. Her performance in the Telugu film "Vikramarkudu' won her much praise from critics all over the country. In year 2006 she played against R. Madhavan in a Tamil movie called 'Rendu' and the movie did fairly well in the box office.

She also had movie like 'Asthram', 'Lakshyam' this year Recently she was dropped out of a Balakrishna movie due to some unknown reasons. And she is currently filming her new movie called 'Don' in Telugu.

Though she has played against several top actors in not so badly performed movies, she is still waiting for that one blockbuster movie to come to her career. She never had a movie which can be called a huge success, something that can remould and give a clear direction to any budding heroine's career.

Sridevi was born on August 13, 1963 in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India. She has a sister named Srilatha and a step brother named Satish. Her dad passed way during the year 1991, while her mom died during 1997.

She started her career at a very early age in 1967 as a child artiste in a Tamil movie "Kandhan Karunai".

She also starred as a child actress in a Telugu movie " Bangarakka" in 1977, and in a Malayalam movie " Kumara Sambhavan" in 1969. Suhasini Mani Ratnam (Tamil), commonly known as Suhasini (born 15th August 1961, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India) is an actreess, screenwriter, producer, and director from India. Her first feature film was the Tamil movie Nenjatai Killathe, made in 1980. She has acted in many films since.

Suhacini is the niece of renowned Indian actor Kamal Haasan, and the daughter of another popular actor Chaaru Haasan. In 1988, she married acclaimed filmmaker Mani Ratnam. They have a 15 year old son. Her close friends are Radhika, Sumalatha, Sridevi & Revathy. She is a trained cinematographer with a penchant for dialogue writing also. Sneha alias Suhasini one of the top actress of Southern film industry is a rere blend of beauty and talent. Though her parents hail from Rajamundhry, Andhra Pradesh, Sneha was born in Mumbai and brought up in Dubai. Mahesh Babu is fondly known as Prince by his fans, is a popular Telugu Cinema actor. Mahesh Babu real name is Ghattamaneni Mahesh Babu. Mahesh Babu was born on August 9, 1974 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He is the son of veteran actor, Krishna who is an actor in Telugu Cinema. He graduated from the Prestigious St. Bede's School in Chennai & later graduated with a B.Com from the famous Loyola College, Chennai. He married Bollywood actress, who was the former Miss India Namrata Shirodkar on February 10, 2005. Their first child, a boy named Gautam Krishna Gattamaneni was born on August 31, 2006. After Megastar Chiranjeevi established a political party in the state, the remaining parties have started their trials to get some film actors into their parties to counter Chiranjeevi’s cine glamor. Chandra Babu has already succeeded in roping all the Nandamuri heroes into his party and could succeed in containing the migrations from TDP to Chiranjeevi’s party.
